Huron's Mentorship Program connects students with alumni and industry professionals who are passionate about supporting the next generation of leaders. By sharing career insights, professional experiences, and practical advice, mentors help students explore opportunities, build confidence, expand their networks, and better understand the transition from university to the workplace.

Mentors can engage in ways that fit their schedules and interests, from one-on-one mentoring conversations and informal coffee chats to job shadowing opportunities and workplace visits. Each interaction provides students with valuable perspectives while creating meaningful connections between classroom learning and real-world careers.
