For Huron Full Meal Plan students observing Ramadan, a Suhur meal bag can be available daily during Ramadan.

Suhur meal bags will be available for students who sign up for the program for pickup between 4PM and 8PM daily at the dining hall cashier desk. Pickup begins February 28 and ends March 29.

Please review the 7 Day Ramadan Menu on our website, which details what types of meals and snack will be in the Surhur meal bags. Day 1 will begin for the Friday February 28 Suhur meal bag. The menu repeats weekly.

1. Some components of the Suhur meal bags will require refrigeration or re-heating.

2. Due to later sunsets on weekends of March 22/23 and March 29/30 in relation to Dining Hall Closing times, dining hall staff will be staying 30 minutes later than usual to allow students observing Ramandan to enjoy their Iftar meal.

3. If you have any dietary restrictions, please detail them above and work with Karey Mitchell, Director of Food Services (huronmanager@browns.ca) to adjust the menu for your needs.
