  • Sales are available to enrolled Huron Students, Huron Faculty & Huron Staff only.

    There is a limited number of parking passes available for students who identify as living in residence. This is due to the availability and access to all on campus amenities and the public transit system. Passes are available on a first come first serve basis. Once residence passes have sold out, students living in the Huron residences will be placed on a waitlist.

    All applicants will be confirmed as Huron students and if they will be living on campus.

  • Vehicle Information:

    *Note*: parking enforcement will use license plate recognition cameras to identify permit holders, so please ensure your vehicle information is accurate and up to date.  Failure to provide accurate and updated vehicle information will result in tickets and fines.

     

    You may only have two vehicles registered under any one permit.  This does NOT allow you to park two vehicles at once, or to share your permit with anyone.

  • A photocopy or scan of both sides of your Ministry of Transportation certificate or completed medical form must accompany all applications requesting accessible parking.  This can be emailed to parking@huron.uwo.ca or dropped off at the Huron Parking & Mail Office when you pick up your lift gate card.

  • If you require a new white gate card, watch your UWO email for information on collecting your gate card from the Huron Mailroom locker system starting Friday, August 1, 2025. You will be sent a one time code to access your locker.

    Passes will be removed from the lockers following Move In Day on August 31, 2025, and will be available for in-person pick up, starting September 2, 2025 at 9:00 a.m.

  • Terms of Agreement:

    1. In applying for the vehicle permit indicated on this application, I hereby agree to assume all responsibilities for the vehicles registered herein and to adhere to Huron University College and Western University parking rules as amended from time to time.  These rules are published on both Huron and Western parking webpages. I acknowledge that I have received a copy of these rules.  I further certify that I am in possession of a valid driver’s license and that the vehicle(s) registered to this permit for parking in the Huron lot are properly licensed and insured.
    2. I acknowledge and agree that the vehicle permit assigned to me will be utilized only for the vehicle(s) I have registered under the vehicle permit. Any misuse of the vehicle permit, including but not limited to using it to allow a vehicle not listed under this permit to park, is a violation of this agreement and may incur fines and have parking privileges revoked indefinitely.
    3. Violations of the Parking Rules could result in the withdrawal of parking privileges AND sealing of student records. Unauthorized or improperly parked vehicles will be ticketed and/or towed at the owner’s risk and expense.
    4. The parking permit remains the property of Huron University College and is issued for the sole use of the applicant and the registered vehicle(s) included in this application or as changed from time to time by the permit holder during the applicable permit time frame. Permit materials found or otherwise recovered must be returned to the Huron Parking Office. There are substantial penalties for misuse of permit materials.
    5. Forgery, Fraud, and possession of lost or stolen property are criminal offences. Any person found in possession of a permit recorded as lost or stolen will be fined and have parking privileges revoked indefinitely.  Vehicles parked using permits listed as lost or stolen will be ticketed and towed on sight, and owners will be liable for all charges.  Criminal charges may be laid in either/both circumstances.
    6. The Huron University College parking facility is monitored through contract with Western University Parking Division. Any issued fines or permit violations must be paid or appealed through that department. Refer to: Parking Rules for a listing of all violations and fines.
    7. Disabled cards and any associated fees will be dealt with at the Huron Parking Office.
    8. Huron University College assumes no responsibility for damage or loss to vehicles or contents, however caused, while parked on Huron property, nor is Huron University College responsible if parking permits go missing.  There is a fee for replacement cards regardless of the reason for replacement except it be determined to be an unpreventable card malfunction.

    All permit holders: Please be aware that a parking permit does not guarantee you a parking space. Spaces are available on a first come first serve bases. If you are unable to find parking in the designated lot, please wait or use an available pay and display lot at your own expense. There is no guarantee of availability, particularly during peak demand periods. Any fines received for parking illegally will be your responsibility.

    If your application is accepted, you will receive an email with payment instructions. Payment is required 30 day from the date of the submitted application or Friday, August 8, 2025, whichever comes first. If payment is not recieved by Friday, August 8, 2025, your application will be voided, and will be offered to the next person on the list.

    If payment is received after 30 days from the submitted application date or Friday, August 8, 2025, your payment will be refunded to you.
