• Restorative Yoga with Live Music and Candlelight

Relaxation isn’t just about rest; it also helps to reduce the stress that can weigh us down. Restorative yoga encourages physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. It’s something that can be practiced by people of all ages, levels, and abilities. It is practiced at a slow pace and encourages a supportive, therapeutic, and gentle approach. This style of yoga aids the body in healing and restoring balance. And what better way to practice this than in a calm and peaceful setting with live music! Join Heidi, certified cross-disciplinary 500 hour YTT yoga educator, who will gently guide you along with your breath, through the practice with the accompaniment of live music provided by Lucas Tensen. What to wear: Comfortable clothing (yes, pajamas are welcome) that support rest and relaxation. What to bring: Yoga mat (a few extras will be made available), pillows, a lot of blankets and a water bottle. Come join Heidi and Lucas on November 29, 2026 from 6:30-7:45pm in Huron's beautiful Great Hall.
