Commemorate Raoul Wallenberg Day, Monday, January 17 with Jewish London and Huron at Western as we screen the award-winning documentary 

Passage to Sweden: 

Telling the lesser-known story of events occurring in Scandinavia and Budapest during WWII, focusing on the  heroic actions of ordinary people who saved the lives of thousands of Jews and fellow countrymen.  

Following the virtual film screening we will be hosting a Q&A with the film creators. We will be joined virtually by Swedish Ambassador to Canada Urban Ahlin and director Suzannah Warlick.
